“There's a lot of maintenance works going on in the hotel, and the work starts very early, sometimes around 6am. When there, there was an event on which was not communicated prior, which changes food times, which again when entering the buffet was not communicated. Entering a buffet without being told it closes in 15 minutes, is not great. Also parking was affected, which made it very difficult, the air conditioning did not work in the room, and not replacing shower gel and toilet rolls when……

“We arrived quite late, after walking along the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset. By the time we reached the hotel, it was dark, and we quickly checked into a room. On the way up, we agreed that reception staff are incredibly important in shaping a guest’s experience. Unfortunately, the man at the front desk was dry and unwelcoming, and his energy left us uneasy—even as we climbed a gorgeous staircase surrounded by fine furnishings and paintings. “Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wir können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. Die Lage in Ustka ist sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand oder auch am Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Minuspunkte (keines davon ein KO-Kriterium): 1) es ist relativ wenig Geschirr vorhanden, so dass man nach 1..2 Malzeiten die Spülmaschine halbvoll laufen lassen muss. 2) wir erhielten nur einen Satz Schlüssel+Zugangskarte, so dass man sich immer absprechen muss,……
